For the Crepe Discs
4 eggs
Pinch of salt
1 tsp vanilla
1½ tbsp sugar
4 tbsp cocoa powder
300 ml milk (about 1¼ cups)
150 g flour (about 1¼ cups)
50 g butter (2 tbsp)
Filling Cream
5 tbsp cream cheese (unsalted)
2 tbsp cream
2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
2 tbsp melted chocolate
Crushed cocoa biscuits for sprinkling
Chocolate Coating
200 g melted dark chocolate
1 can cream
Crepe Discs
Whisk eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Add milk, then cocoa and flour, and mix until smooth.
Add melted butter and combine.
Cook thin crepe-style discs on a non-stick pan until done on both sides.
Filling
Mix cream cheese, cream, condensed milk, and chocolate until smooth.
Spread cream over each disc and sprinkle crushed cocoa biscuits.
Roll each disc tightly.
Coating
Mix melted chocolate with cream.
Coat the rolls fully and let them set.
Slice and serve.
